![]() Well it was something like that, the driver was in the righthand lane cos someone had ran up his arse, the pasenger was getting the details, now on my aproach I clocked her jumping back in to the car, as I passed she thought it would be a good time to get back out, saw the door open thought feck me some people have no idea and with that the door hit my side box and Big Bri went for a bounce on the pavement. Broken indicator and a bent and cracked Wingrack later I was well pissed off. Boab and Chris arrived and details were exchanged (well if you saw Boab and Chris heading your way you would to) Anyway we set off and stopped in Ellon for a fag and headed off to Fishie to meet the rest of the crew. Mandy took the car as Buddha ("sare fit"as he was called over the weekend) was still in plaster. |

![]() Fat Boab getting excited ! Well well we all arrived in one bit and as usual we had a beer. Mandy, Buddha and Miss Vixon arrived not long after us and we got the tents up and yes had a beer, you are bound to know us by now we celebrate any thing with a beer. Sir Jack, Dr Smirnoff and Micky Finn were on the go before we headed for the pub and the usual rally spirit was in full flow. There was a noticeable lack of peeps and the tent pitch was looking sparce to say the least. We thought some food may be a good idea before the onslought of more happy juice commenced and we headed up to the hall and the burger van. With a selection of rally specials I opted for pie chips and beans and "Nemo" had us all fed in reasonable time. Into the hall and we found Walter waiting with a cheerie greeting "Oh no dinna let him in" well after a nice warm welcome like that I knew I was with friends !

![]() Feed Me Feed Me NOW !!!! Babs was behind the bar and was not slow in keeping the happy juice flowing. Good tunes cheep bar and good company it was setting up to be a great weekend. Boab and Mandy went AWOL and were found in a certain "Lodge" across the road getting to know the locals and enjoying the ample nips they were serving. They took the best out of Mandy and she was back in the tent tucked up in her sleeping bag by ten to midnight (fecken bleezin) back at the hall the band finished and the lights came back up and everyone haeded back to the tents the Sandhaven 8 summit took place on the wall with the sea in the background and the aroma of seaweed getting up yer nose there is no better place to sort out the world we live in. |

![]() Babs table dancing !!! Saturday came all to fast........... Got up about half past seven and had a wander down to the toilet block (two portaloos) Got the gas on and made a coffee and sat on the wall of thought (thinking oh me why do we do it) there was a steady flow of opening zips and half awake bodies weaving between tents to the loo and back. had another coffee and watched the camp site wake up. The Nemo van set up shop and I wanderd over for more coffee before crawling back to the sleeping bag. Next we knew it was the back o twelve and the crew were all on the go albeit some not quite as bright as normal. (then again "normal" and F3 members don't usualy go together!) After Nemo had fed us all Mandy thought it would be a good idea to go to the pub.............OK then! A few hours later we emerged but the tone for the day had been set. |

![]() Snake had great reports of mackeral and chips that was on offer from Nemos and we decided we would head up for our supper. Matty, Ange, Davie and Chris headed into the Fraserburgh for food and would come up to the hall when they got back. Haddock (the Ashvale would have been proud of these) and chips and the use of the hall tables and an open bar what more could you ask for. By the time the rest of the crew got to the hall it was .............. empty ! the pub on the shore was quite busy but unfortunatly the numbers still seemed to be down on last year. It's a pitty cos they do throw a good party !! Sir Jack was back on the go and we were set to make the best of it. |
|
![]() Recked Reckless !! The band arrived about nine and took a while to set up and folk started to drift in. The band kicked off and, well I better be honest, sounded fecken awfull. They got better later on, I thought it was the Jack but was told someone went up and had a fiddle with the dials and I can assure you it made a helluvea differance. |
